Who can read what, and when: the metadata is always public; the full text follows each issue’s policy.
Metadata
The title, the authors, the abstract, the keywords and the reference of each article are public; they appear on the journal’s pages and in the metadata for indexes (OAI-PMH, citation tags).
Full text
The full edition of the current issue is reserved for CEB members. Members request access from the editorial team through the Centre’s email.
The articles the journal releases are in open access on their own page, with the PDF when there is one.
