The conditions under which you may use the Centro de Estudos de Bioética site and its services.
Content
The texts, images and documents published belong to their authors and to the CEB. You may quote them, stating the author and the source; for other uses, ask the Centre for permission.
The reflections published are resources for study and debate and do not replace professional advice.
Account and membership
Creating an account on the site does not make you a CEB member. Membership begins when you join a plan and follows that plan’s conditions, including renewal.
Payments
Membership fees and tickets are paid on Wix’s secure payment page, at the amounts shown at the time of purchase.
Editorial proposals
A submission is a request for editorial review. Receipt does not guarantee acceptance, publication or an event presentation. Authors must confirm originality, permissions and document preparation, following the specific rules for the destination and relevant edition.
Events
Registration for an event follows the conditions given on that event’s page.
Links to other sites
Links to other sites, such as the journal’s, YouTube, LinkedIn or those of event organisers, open services with their own conditions.
